With almost 25 years experience in practice development and leadership in professional service firms, I have worked professionally with behavioral execution and trained thousands of people at all organizational levels. The first 13 years as consultant and later on partner in a Danish consultancy (Cultivator). Since 2010, I have run my own business with a 100% focus on Professional Service Firms. My in-house experience at partner level and an educational level that can match the professionals have shown to be essential in gaining access to client experiences with firms that holds dominant positions in their segment.

I enjoy working with professionals no matter at which organizational level - I believe that because I spend so much time training people at all levels in the organisation, I become better advising the partners on how to run the firm. It is crucial for my to be able to both zoom in and zoom out on issues.

My working style is executer. You will probably not call me to get a completely out-of-box strategy, you call me when you want or need your ambitions to be implemented - at behavioral level. My teaching and coaching style is engaging and how-oriented; I have tons of success recipes from the industry as well as many practical tools at hand.

My educational background includes a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration, Southern Danish University (1990 – 1993) and an Executive MBA, Copenhagen Business School (2003 – 2004). Further more, I have several certifications to support my deliveries.
